Frequently asked questions

Everything to know before you start restreaming.

What is restreaming?

Restreaming means you stream once, from OBS or a phone app, to our server, and we send the same picture to several platforms at the same time: YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Aparat and more. It is also called multistreaming or simulcasting.

Does the picture lose quality?

No. We do not re-encode your video; whatever you send (1080p60 and above) reaches every destination unchanged.

My upload speed is low. Will my stream drop?

You send a single stream to us instead of one per platform, so you use a fraction of the upload. For unstable connections we also accept SRT, which recovers lost packets.

Can I stream to Iranian platforms such as Aparat from abroad?

Yes. Add Aparat, Rubika or any other Iranian platform as a destination; our servers inside Iran deliver to them, and that traffic counts at a discount.

How is traffic counted?

Traffic is the data we send to your destinations. For example, a 6 Mbps stream for one hour uses about 2.7 GB per destination.

Can I stream from my phone?

Yes. Enter the server address and your stream key in an app such as Prism Live, Streamlabs or Larix Broadcaster and go live everywhere at once.

Can I turn a destination on or off during a live stream?

Yes. Switch any destination from your dashboard; the change takes effect in seconds and the other destinations keep running.

What happens if a route fails?

Routes are checked constantly. If one fails, that destination moves automatically to the next healthy route.

How do I pay from outside Iran?

Plans for users outside Iran are priced in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency, such as USDT. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed on the network.
